I can’t thank Stephanie enough! Positive energy, non judgmental, helpful, thoughtful, all the amazing things!! She has helped me more in 2 sessions than 5 years of therapy did. Yes I’m aware she is not a therapist. But, she aided in helping me release negativity, guilt and so much more. All whilst aiding me in accepting relationship love. Thank you Stephanie!!

Interesting experience

Working with Stephanie has been transformative for me. We have worked on issues surrounding shame, abandonment, patience and control and I’ve seen my life shift and change since we started our work together 5 months ago. I feel so much gratitude that I was guided to work with her. I was so skeptical of energy practices that was beyond my scope of understanding but after working with her I feel my life has changed for the better.

Stephanie has done in two 1-hour visits more than 20 years of therapy... I cannot begin to describe how much my life has changed in a short amount of time. She is giving me clear goals to work on, has explained certain feelings and aspects of my life, and has made me feel way more in tune with myself and to understand that what is meant for me will never pass me by. If I could see her everyday I would.
